温州动车事故书面报告尚未形成

15日，记者从参与“7·23”温州动车追尾事故调查的国家安全生产监督管理总局获悉，温州动车事故书面调查报告尚未形成。此前，有媒体称国家安监总局副局长王德学在7月末召开的温州动车事故会议上称，调查组要在9月15日之前形成书面调查报告。15日，国家安监总局政法司新闻宣传处一名王姓工作人员告诉记者，王德学当时说的是“力争在9月中旬形成报告”，“9月15日”的时间节点系媒体自行理解。
    7月28日上午，温州动车追尾事故国务院调查组在温州召开第一次全体会议，调查组由来自国家安监总局、监察部、全国总工会和浙江省政府的相关人员组成，并邀请最高检铁路运输检察厅参加。据上海铁路局会上汇报，这次事故主要是由于温州南站的信号设备在设计上存在严重的缺陷，致使在雷击下红灯变成绿灯，显示错误造成的。
    当时，有媒体报道，国家安全监管总局副局长王德学在会议上表示，调查组要在9月15日之前形成书面调查报告，调查结果争取在9月中旬向社会公布。该时间节点由此受到人们关注。
    15日，记者致电国家安监总局询问书面调查报告完成进度。政法司新闻宣传处一名王姓工作人员表示，动车事故书面调查报告尚未形成。此前，王德学所说的是“力争在9月中旬形成报告”。“书面报告要等调查结束后才能形成，现在调查还在进行中。”至于什么时候调查能结束，该工作人员表示尚不清楚。据《新闻晚报》
