日本核泄漏对周边国家影响有限

据新华社北京4月1日电 目前，日本福岛核电站积水处理困难重重，冷却与防漏工作陷两难，这不免让人更为担心。但许多国际组织和国家专家认为，福岛第一核电站目前的状态属于 “低烧不退”，不过，出现大爆炸导致大量放射性物质瞬间喷出的可能性不大；可随风或海水远程传播的放射性元素也有限；另外，大气或海水对稀释放射性物质作用很明显。鉴于这些原因判断，核泄漏至少对周边国家不会有重大影响。
    首先，美国和中国许多专家在接受采访时均提到，本次事故不同于切尔诺贝利核事故。在25年前的切尔诺贝利事故中，反应堆在工作时堆芯爆炸，将反应堆中的数吨含铀、钚等放射性元素的物质直接喷射到几千米高空，造成污染物在大气层大范围传播。而福岛核电站的反应堆在地震后自动停堆，其泄漏强度与切尔诺贝利事故不在一个级别，也没有大量放射性物质喷射到高空。
    其次，有关专家指出，并非所有放射性物质都能远程传播，只有碘和铯等极少数放射性元素会借风势和海水传播，且主要辐射物碘-131的半衰期仅为8天左右，而铯目前也主要是在海水中被检测到，海水的稀释作用使其含量完全可以忽略不计。
    日本核泄漏对周边海域的影响如何？德国负责渔业环境放射污染监测的约翰·海因里希·冯·杜能研究所日前发布公报说，根据从切尔诺贝利核事故获得的经验，从日本福岛第一核电站泄漏的放射性物质不会对鱼类等海洋生物造成长期污染。通过核电站排出的冷却水以及因空气流动被带入大海的放射性污染物，很快会被大量流动的海水稀释至安全程度。
