〔理化特性〕

　　氢氰酸，HCN-，别名氰化氢，是一种具有苦杏仁特殊气味的无色液体。易溶于水、酒精和乙醚。易在空气中均匀弥散，在空气中可燃烧。氰化氢在空气中的含量达到5.6%~12.8%时，具有爆炸性。氰化氢为气体，其水溶液称氢氰酸。氢氰酸属于剧毒类。

　　〔接触机会〕

　　其主要应用于电镀业（镀铜、镀金、镀银）、采矿业（提取金银）、船舱、仓库的烟熏灭鼠，制造各种树脂单体如丙烯酸树酯、甲基丙烯酸树酯等行业，此外也可在制备氰化物的生产过程中接触到本物质。

　　〔毒理〕

　　主要由呼吸道进入，其毒性主要由其在体内释放的氰根而引起的。氰根离子在体内能很快与细胞色素氧化酶中的三价铁离子结合，抑制该酶活性，使组织不能利用氧。

　　〔毒作用表现〕

　　氰化物对人体的危害分为急性中毒和慢性影响两方面。氰化物所致的急性中毒分为轻、中、重三级。轻度中毒表现为眼及上呼吸道刺激症状，有苦杏仁味，口唇及咽部麻木，继而可出现恶心、呕吐、震颤等；中度中毒表现为叹息样呼吸，皮肤、粘膜常呈鲜红色，其他症状加重；重度中毒表现为意识丧失，出现强直性和阵发性抽搐，直至角弓反张，血压下降，尿、便失禁，常伴发脑水肿和呼吸衰竭。氢氰酸对人体的慢性影响表现为神经衰弱综合症，如头晕、头痛、乏力、胸部压迫感、肌肉疼痛、腹痛等，并可有眼和上呼吸道刺激症状。皮肤长期接触后，可引起皮疹，表现为斑疹、丘疹，极痒。

　　〔实例分析〕

　　1992年7月27日上午10时左右，上海某化工厂二车间丙氰醇工段氢氰酸管道发生堵塞，该工段长周某即进行检修，在排除故障过程时，周某发生已拆下考克的氢氰酸管道有轻微滴漏，即感到四楼平台，本想关闭滴漏管道的考克，却匆忙中误将氢氰酸储槽总考克打开了，造成槽内60公斤氢氰酸外漏。在呼叫撤离过程中，处于下风向的其它工段的部分职工来不及逃离，吸入了大量氰化氢气体，导致4人发生急性氰化氢中毒，其中1人急性氰化氢中毒伴脑外伤死亡。

　　〔防治要求〕

　　就地治疗：立即将亚硝酸异戊脂1-2安瓿包在手帕内打碎，贴在口鼻前吸入，同时进行人工呼吸，注意生命体征。
