烟花爆竹噪声污染

除夕之夜燃放烟花爆竹产生的爆炸声连绵不断，如雷贯耳，吵的人年三十之夜往往难以入眠，多年来，这在我国似乎已成为惯例。据环保部门对武汉、上海、北京等10大城市春节期间的鞭炮污染情况进行监测，发现燃放鞭炮地区的噪声高达135分贝，远远超过人的听觉范围和耐受限度。据北京市环保监测部门监测数据可知，在1994年北京市采取禁止燃放烟花爆竹措施前，除夕夜噪声瞬时最大值可达 102.5至125分贝，严重超过夜间45分贝的国家噪声标准。禁放后对城近郊8个区县除夕夜噪声监测结果可知，噪声污染有明显下降。据了解，在夜间人们所能接受的噪音不得超过45分贝，也就相当于蛙鸣声。而高强度的噪音对患有脑血管、心脏病等疾病的病人来说的危害十分严重。而噪音每增加一分贝，高血压发病率相应增加。春节期间，高强度、高密度、常时间的噪音对健康的不利影响就可想而知。据报道，我国几乎每年都有因放鞭炮，造成听力受到严重损伤、爆炸性耳聋、听觉迟钝的事例。
