施工机械操作规程牌39

磨光机操作规程

1．作业前，应调整砂筒上砂带的张紧程度，润滑各轴承和紧固联接件，确认正常后，方可启动。

2．鼓式磨光机进料时，工件中心轴线应与进料方向成10o～15o角。

3．鼓式磨光机的三个砂筒应调整高出工作台面，高度各为：一筒0.2～0.5mm，二筒0.5～0.8mm，三筒0.8～1.00mm。下进料辊应高出台面0.3～0.5mm，并与上进料辊轴平行。

4．磨削小面积工件时应尽量在台面整个宽度内排满工件，磨削时应渐次连续进给。

5．用砂带磨光机磨光时，对压垫的压力要均匀，砂带纵向移动时应和工作台横向移动互相配合。

6．作业后，切断电源，锁好闸箱，进行擦拭、润滑。
