[煤矿]拦焦安全操作规程

拦焦安全操作规程

1、操作前必须穿戴好劳动保护用品。

2、行车前和行车中要鸣笛，要注意观察瞭望车体和轨道周围有无障碍物。

3、车行驶时严禁将头伸向炉门侧，严禁行车时站在钢柱之间避车。

4、导焦槽、移门机、积尘套筒等未返回原位禁止开车。

5、严禁只拧紧大螺丝不插安全销。

6、导焦栅应对位时，应一次对准，严禁在炉框内左右开车。

7、摘门和关门要对准缓慢推进，不得撞击炉门，防止撞坏炉门和炉门砖。

8、严禁车行走时上下车，或从拦焦车爬到炉顶。

9、拦焦车高速行驶时不得立即刹车，防止损害车体和轨道，刹车时必须把高速挡降到低速挡。

10、推焦途中发生故障，停止推焦时，应先将集尘套筒收回，关上集尘管阀门再退回导焦槽，将拦焦车开到炉端，尽快将红焦扒入熄焦车内。

11、出焦时移门机构要一次性对位，导焦栅也要一次性对位防止设备受损。

12、制止非岗位人员擅自动用设备及外人私自上车。

13、未摘好炉门，严禁移门对导焦栅，移门机未回原位，禁止开车。

14、禁止往滑线上扔铁器及杂物。
