油泵站操作工操作规程
1、油泵站内严禁烟火，油泵站区域应挂有醒目的"严禁烟火"的警示标志，配备有效的灭火器材，操作人员必须懂得油类防、灭火知识和扑救油火的方法。
2、操作工应对油泵站区域的安全负责。做好油料收发和当班记录。严禁酒后上班，严禁穿带铁钉鞋和化纤服装进入油泵站区域内。
3、散落在地面的油类必须时清除或盖以河砂，不准用新炉灰盖。
4、吸油用的齿轮不准空转，发现有空转现象时应及时停车。
5、油站区域检修设备需要动火，必须经消防、技安部门 批准，有可靠的安全措施后，方可进行。
6、油泵站的各种电器均需采用防爆电器，不得随意乱拉临时线。
