1．操作人员应熟知机床的结构和传动原理。

2．开机后检查刀具补偿数字是否正确，机床运动是否返回机床零点。

3．机床使用工、夹、量、刀具和毛坯、工件应分类摆放在定置区内．

4．不得随意打开NC装置的纸带阅读机门和改变用于传动轴行程端点的限位开关。

5.操作机床时，应认真检查各按钮开关是否安全可靠及润滑系境、直流电源是否良好。

6．每次装夹另件、刀具后，应认真检查，确认夹紧后，方可开车加工。

7．机床在加工过程中，不要用手触摸旋转和运动部位。操作者应坚守岗位，并监视控制柜和显示器有无异常变化，发生故障立即停车。

8.在调整冷却油喷嘴的位置时．应待机床停稳后，方可调整。

9．工作后将机床运动轴返回机床零点．依次关闭驱动数控箱，稳压电源等，并清理机床内外铁屑。
