玻璃工安全操作规程
1.裁割玻璃应在房间内进行。边角余料要集中堆放，并及时处理。
2.搬运玻璃应戴手套或用布、纸垫着玻璃，将手及身体裸露部分隔开。散装玻璃运输必须采用专门夹具（架）。玻璃应直立堆放，不得水平堆放。
3.安装玻璃所用工具应放入工具袋内，严禁将铁钉含在口内。
4.悬空高处作业必须系好安全带，严禁腋下挟住玻璃，另一手扶梯攀登上下。
5.安装窗扇玻璃时，严禁上下两层垂直交叉同时作业。安装天窗及高层房屋玻璃时，作业下方严禁走人或停留。碎玻璃不得向下抛掷。
6.玻璃幕墙安装应利用外脚手架或吊篮架子从上往下逐层安装，抓拿玻璃时应用橡皮吸盘。
7.门窗等安装好的玻璃应平整、牢固、不得有松动。安装完毕必须立即将风钩挂好或插上插销。
8.安装完毕，所剩残余玻璃，必须及时清扫集中堆放到指定地点。
